TEACHER COMPENSATION PACKAGE
At School in the Square, we believe there is a direct correlation between teacher satisfaction and student growth. You, the teacher, spend all day with your students: engaging them, educating them, and empowering them, striving to do your best for them every day of the year. You are the direct link between our mission and our students, therefore it is essential that we serve you as well as our students. Along with a competitive plus starting salary, we offer the following opportunities for additional compensation.
3-6% yearly raises based on successful achievement of personal goals (designed in collaboration with the leadership team)
6% unconditional 401K match
$500 towards any pre-approved, accredited course that aligns with S2’s mission and has the potential to improve your teaching practice.
$500 bonus to ALL teachers if student body achieves an overall increase of 10% on both the ELA & Math standardized tests in comparison to prior year’s scores.
$750 bonus to ALL teachers if student body achieves an overall increase of 15% on both the ELA & Math standardized tests in comparison to prior year’s scores.
