Peter A. Gatof formerly served as the Executive Vice President of i3 Verticals, LLC . a technology and payment processing company. Previously, Mr. Gatof served as CEO of US Data Capture, Inc. (USDC), a credit card transaction processing company he founded in 1992. In 2013 USDC was acquired by i3 Verticals. Prior to USDC, he served as the Vice President of Coronet Realty Corporation, a NYC-based real estate company where he was responsible for the acquisition of multi-family development projects in the New York tri-state area and lending activities via Coronet Capital Corporation. He also served as Vice President of Diversified Realty Holdings, Ltd. a New York City-based real estate company, where he was responsible for the acquisition of 50 multi-family properties and converting these properties to co-operative and condominium ownership. Prior to, he served as a senior management consultant in the management consulting division of Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Gatof has served as Chairman of the Board of The Albert Einstein College of Medicine Men’s Division, Vice Chairman of the Board of The Scarsdale Board of Architectural Review, Treasurer and Vice President of the board of trustees of The Westchester Reform Temple and member of the Board of Trustees of The Fenway Golf Club. He holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and management systems from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University.
