Getting ready for a great year.

Getting ready for the year is simple at School in the Square. Families send their student with a few basics. We provide the classroom materials and technology.

What to Bring, What We Provide

Each campus has its own short list, so find your child's level below. We provide the classroom technology and materials, so families only send in a few basics.


Classroom supplies like pencils, tissues, and crayons are shared, so please don't label them with your child's name. These are community supplies, so every student has what they need all year.

Looking for uniforms?

New students receive a free starter uniform package at orientation. You can order more anytime and find full details on our Family Corner page.

Early Childhood and Elementary School

Early Childhood Center

PreK Supplies

Please send the following items with your child

  • Backpack (large enough to fit folders and belongings)
  • Change of clothes (underwear, socks, pants, and shirt) in a labeled bag
  • Non-metal reusable water bottle, labeled with your child's name
  • Any required school forms or documents not yet submitted
  • 4-pack of Lysol wipes
  • 4-pack of flushable wipes
  • A labeled fitted sheet for your child's nap cot
  • A small plushy or stuffed animal for nap time (optional)
  • One 10-gallon pack of Ziploc bags

Elementary School

Kindergarten-5th Grade Supplies

Please send the following items with your child

  • Backpack (large enough to carry folders, books, and belongings)
  • Non-metal reusable water bottle, labeled with your child's name
  • Any required school forms or documents not yet submitted
  • Wired headphones (if required by your child's grade level)
  • A change of clothes for younger elementary students, if needed

Additional Supplies by Grade

Each grade has some shared supplies. Please don't label these with your child's name so they can be shared across the classroom all year.

Everything your student needs is already covered, so donations are always welcome but never required. Families who would like to give a little extra help keep our classrooms stocked year-round.
